Fur & Suede

September 29, 2014

I'm beyond excited to finally be pulling out some of my Fall accessories, like this fox fur collar. I scored it on eBay a few years back for under $20. Even though I shop in so many different places, eBay continues to be one of my favorite place to score unique and rare items at bargain prices.

Do you shop on eBay?

Bordeaux

September 25, 2014

One of the things I love the most about fall is the colors; the richness and warmth.
I'm so excited to wear this deep burgundy tone, it can easily act as a neutral color. I only have a few items in this tone, it's not an easy color to track down. I'm hoping to add a few more items to my closet this Fall, especially a coat.

Enjoy!

Bare Shoulders

September 23, 2014

Have you noticed how much I enjoy the off the shoulder look?
I love the feminine and glamorous feel, and it's so sexy without showing too much skin. The only thing I don't like about this style is that it's not the most functional, when I raise my arms to reach for something the top usually moves upward and I have to readjust. A small and inconvenient annoyance in my book, but I'm willing to pay the price.

Watercolor

September 17, 2014

I am so in love with this dress.
I was a little hesitant of the cut out sides and shortness and plunging neckline, but it all surprisingly works well together. The tulle underlay and watercolor print make it whimsical and fun to wear. It seems like a versatile piece too, I'm thinking once the weather cools down I can pair it with a navy jacket or blazer and some ankle boots.  The price is also ridiculously good, you know how much I love a good deal!

Happy Wednesday!

Pink Peach

September 11, 2014

The heat here in West LA does not quit, recently it's been more hot and muggy than usual. I'm finally starting to get excited for Fall, the cool breeze, the leaves turning color and official boot season.

What is your favorite thing about Fall?

Mariachi

September 8, 2014

I fell in love with this top as soon as I spotted it. The design of the embroidery reminds me of the charro outfits mariachi groups wear. I can appreciate the lightness and the cut, it dances and flutters with every movement. It's actually a very versatile piece, but I decided to pair it with these white pants for a cleaner look.

Candy Stripes

September 5, 2014

I decided I didn't like the brown buckle on the front of this outfit and instead turned it around to face the back. I'm such a fashion rebel.

In all seriousness, one of the things I enjoy the most about blogging is being able to share style ideas that maybe inspire you next time you are getting dressed. I hope that my ideas are inclusive and can be applied to your current wardrobe to make it more diverse.

Happy Friday!
